hello my friends!
or should i say sawadicup pom puerns!i am now sitting in a great pool of sweat in a nice little place just off the infamous travellers haunt of khao san road in bangkok!finally after having to sit on the plane for about 14 hours due to a fuel shortage in heathrow as we had to fly to stansted to refuel but its all good!i was actually planning to stay a little way from here but the taxi driver lied to us and dropped us here!unbeknown to me as it was at the back of khao san on the main road i then gave him extra cash like a tw*t n then realised where we were!hehe stung at the first hurdle!oh well,start as ya mean to go on!;) it all worked out sweel in the end as we then found where the others were staying(drakey,ainsley,kelly and anne) and managed to blag a room there which happens to be where im sittin now in fact trying to aclimatise!ross is loving it so far!we had a few drinks last night and familiarised ourselves with the local moonshine(as you do!)and got rather drunk!we ended up with just the two of us and when we finally went to the hotel we ended up carrying on drinking a bottle of mehkong whiskey straight and jamming,singing and generally being merry for an hour or two before flaking into a coma until the sun was almost gone again!weeeeeeeeell at least i didn't spend much today!: ) plus,it was always going to be a little dangerous putting things like whiskey in the room for us to drink!i am really quite stoked and proud of my memory for actually working for once and remembering much needed thai words to get me by!everything seems to be coming back to me as my confidence grows and its awesome being able to chat with the locals again!im going to take ross to patpong rd tonight so he can see a show or two and see what bangkok has to offer!not up for it much but im sure i'll manage!; ) weeeeeell!when in rome hey!sorry if my writing is poor as my hangover now seems to be kicking in and the screen is dancing around a little!anyway thats all for now,i'll probably email when i get to koh pha ngan and have a little more to say!my love goes out to one and all and i hope everyone is well and happy!probably having a big party to celebrate my departure! haha
